Who We’re Looking For

We’re seeking dependable, skilled people who share our values and can contribute in one or more of the following areas:

• Farm Operations: Operating tractors, combines, and support equipment

• Mechanical & Electrical: Maintenance, repairs, wiring, and troubleshooting

• Welding & Fabrication: Repairing and building equipment and structures

• Truck Driving: Local hauling during harvest and grain transport

• General Field Support: Helping with planting, harvesting, and seasonal field prep

 

If you have farm experience, a mechanical or trade background, or are a retired professional with experience in agriculture, machinery, or logistics, you’ll fit right in here.

When We Need Help Most

Our biggest needs come during planting (April–May) and harvest (September–November).
If you’d like to work part-time, this is the perfect chance to contribute, stay active, and be part of a respected local farm operation. We also maintain a roster of dependable operators, mechanics, and drivers for seasonal or fill-in work throughout the year.
